Support Our Mission at Oktoberfest 2025
On Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 6–10 PM, the Boys & Girls Club of Walker County will host our annual Oktoberfest fundraiser at 99 Martin Luther King Drive in Huntsville. This lively community event will feature bingo, delicious food and drinks, live and silent auctions, prizes, and fellowship—with more than 300 families, local leaders, and supporters expected to attend.
Your sponsorship or donation directly supports our mission to provide a safe, positive, and enriching environment for the youth of Walker County. Each year, more than 200 young people benefit from our after-school and summer programs, which focus on education, leadership, health & wellness, and career readiness. Funds raised from Oktoberfest sustain these vital programs and ensure that local youth have the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to succeed.
We invite you to partner with us through event sponsorships, monetary gifts, auction item donations, or volunteer support. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of children and teens in our community!
Golf Cart Raffle Benefiting Boys & Girls Club of Walker County
We are pleased to announce our Annual Golf Cart Raffle, made possible through the generosity of Action Buggies. On Saturday, October 11, 2025, during our Annual Oktoberfest Fundraiser, one fortunate winner will receive a 2019 Yamaha Drive 2 Electric Golf Cart and Golf Package, complete with:
- New Batteries, Wheels, Tires & Hubcaps
- Windshield, Lights, Safety Triangle, Cooler & Sand Bottle
Raffle tickets are $25 each or five for $100. The drawing will take place the evening of October 11, but participants do not need to be present to win.
Your participation in this raffle not only offers the chance to win a premium golf cart package, but also directly supports the mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Walker County. Proceeds will fund essential youth development programs, daily operations, and activities that ensure our members have access to a safe, enriching environment every day.
