Contained in the following document is information that you will want to understand before enrolling your child(ren) in one of our child-development programs. Please open the Parent Handbook and read carefully. It is designed in booklet format; so, it must be folded to see the pages in order.

When you are ready to enroll your child(ren) in the after-school program, Complete the Online Web Registration Here, or print out and complete both pages of the application below. Return your application to the MLK site during its hours of operation. You will also need to bring the membership fee and first month's program fees for each child enrolled at time of registration.
Pay Monthly Activity Fees
PLEASE NOTE:
Space at MLK is limited. We offer enrollments in the order we receive the applications. Your child will be able to join the MLK after-school program as soon as spaces open in your child's age group.
Once your child is accepted into MLK, you must make separate arrangements with the HISD Transportation Department to bus your child from his/her home school to the MLK Club site and inform your child's teacher of these bus arrangements.
