Refunds

It is the policy of the Boys & Girls Club of Walker County not to issue refunds for Services. 
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the Chief Executive Office

To request a refund, please click on the following link; complete the online Refund Request Form to include the member's name; parent/guardian's name, date of request, reason for the request, date of payment(s); description; select the appropriate fee from the Fee type and enter the amount of the payment.  Please complete a separate entry for each fee requested for refund.  Email or submit (in person), a copy of the payment receipt.  Email to: mlkclerical@walkercountykids.org
